There has been a void in the construction workwear industry. The options for safety apparel are limited and the styles are more or less all the same. That is why we created the brand, Noticed On Site. We set out to create safe, stylish and athletic construction wear that ALL workers can be proud of; knowing they look and feel great.
We no longer have to endure the stigmas placed upon us as construction workers. No more oversized safety shirts that get caught on sharp edges. Or, customize your work attire by wearing stylish apparel underneath your safety vest. Not to mention the constant rubbing and irritation of said safety vest on the back of your neck. Other careers look professional and even respectable in their work attire. But what about us?
We are proud to say that we have found the solution. Be NOTICED. Look GREAT. And,
feel BETTER!
Retroreflective surfaces/material allows light to travel in and back out, which is towards
and from the same point. Reflective, light bounces off surfaces/material but is directed
in various directions.
Our glass bead reflective material uses glass spheres to collect light and bounce it
back to the source. The rounded shape of the beads is what creates the retro
reflectivity.
These shirts will not shrink in regular wash.
Do these shirts fit true to size?
The short sleeve shirts fit one size bigger.
If you typically wear a size medium, you will fit in a small.
If you would like a snug athletic fit, you would be a size extra small.
If you would like a loose fit, stick with a medium.
The long sleeve shirts fit true to size.
If you consider yourself tall or have longer arms, you may consider going up one size.

At this time we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges due to the COVID-19
pandemic. At our discretion, we reserve the right,, to change and/or modify these terms
at any time. Please monitor these terms periodically for any changes.
Once we return to normal operations, all returns and/or exchanges must be unworn,
and in its original plastic packaging. Refunds or exchanged items must be returned
within 30 days and are subject to product availability. In the event that the item you
requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated
below.

All orders placed through this Website are subject to Noticed On Site’s acceptance.
Except as prohibited by law (which may include Québec), Noticed On Site may refuse to
accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or
no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has
already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Noticed On Site may issue
you a refund.
We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or
omissions (including after an order was submitted and accepted). In the event that a
product sold is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Noticed On Site reserves the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price,
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your
payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, Noticed On Site shall issue a credit to your payment method account.
Unless the applicable laws of your jurisdiction of residence require that the laws of such
jurisdiction govern, such as Quebec, these Terms of Use shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of
Canada applicable therein. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or
relating to these Terms of Use shall be filed only in the provincial or federal courts
located in Toronto, Ontario and you hereby consent and submit to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void,
or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these
Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions.
Noticed On Site’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of
these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This is
the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be
modified except as described herein.
Noticed On Site believes in protecting your information. With this in mind, we have
adopted this Privacy Statement, which describes the information we may collect when
you use visit our websites (each a “Site"), or shop in our stores (each a "Store"), and how we use, disclose and protect such information (collectively the “Services"). By using
this Site or our Services, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your

at the store level, in writing on our store forms, through written registration or ballot
